			What is the intent of the Washington, DC · Northern Virginia · Baltimore Pagan Pride Week? The Washington, DC · Northern Virginia · Baltimore Pagan Pride Week is a harvest celebration facilitating Pagan community service, education and religious worship while showcasing Pagan and Pagan-associated organizations. When and where does the Washington, DC · Northern Virginia · Baltimore Pagan Pride Week take place? This year the Washington, DC · Northern Virginia · Baltimore Pagan Pride Week will feature a full week of activities beginning with the first-ever Northern Virginia Pagan Pride Day on Saturday, September 8th, an Interpath Worship Service on Sunday, September 9th, during the DC Pagan Pride Day, ending with a large closing gathering and ritual at the Baltimore Pagan Pride Day on Saturday, September 15th. In between these three events, local Pagan groups and organizations will host a series of mid-week activities around the region as part of the Washington, DC · Northern Virginia · Baltimore Pagan Pride Week. Keep an eye on the OHF website for details about the Mid-Week events as they are announced or consider joining the OHF announcement list. How much does it cost to attend? Events associated with the Washington, DC · Northern Virginia · Baltimore Pagan Pride Days are free and open to the public at large. All members of the public and Pagan community are welcome. For final details regarding each event during the week, check with the OHF website as additional details are announced. (Mid-week events may charge admission. See specific event details for more information.) What should I bring to the Pagan Pride Days? The Washington, DC · Northern Virginia · Baltimore Pagan Pride Week operates under International Pagan Pride (IPP), the largest Pagan charity in the world. Our Pagan Pride Week is sponsored by the Open Hearth Foundation and organized by OHF governors and trustees, but it truly could not happen without our amazing and wonderful volunteers and group sponsors. Are there some additional restrictions I should know about? Yes. To help ensure everyone's safety as well as create an enjoyable week of activities for everyone involved, please make sure to abide by the following event guidelines: Fires, significant open flames, alcohol, firearms, illegal drugs, edged or pointed ritual tools are prohibited Pets and familiars, except service animals, should be left at home Trash and cigarette butts must be disposed of in appropriate containers All activities must be appropriate for a general and mixed audience Participants are solely responsible for securing their own belongings No food or beverages, even in the form of free samples, may be given away or sold without first securing your own food permit with the city and approval of the OHF Participants not taking part in a scheduled activity should not disturb those who are Amplified sounds, performances, temporary structures, displays, signs, banners, or structured group activities may not take place outside the official event schedule unless previously approved by the OHF Photography should only be taken with subject permission.
