BOOK A ROOM

Both a small room and a large room are available to reserve. Check the calendar to make sure that the date and time you are requesting is available. If so, fill out the online room reservation request below or stop by the community center in person. If this is your first time reserving a room, the OHF Programming Committee will review your request. Once your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email and instructions on how to pay the room fee. Once the room fee is paid, your room request will appear on the calendar. An OHF representative will be scheduled to be on site during your event.

Meeting space is reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis. Rooms may be reserved up to six months in advance. Once a reservation is paid for, it may be canceled up to 60 days in advance at a 50% refund. Events canceled within the 60 day window are not entitled to a refund.

*Members receive a 10%, 20% or 30% discount on room reservations. Some membership levels receive complimentary use of the space. Membership contributions must be current through the meeting date.

The center will officially open on December 31, 2011. We are working for these next few months on outfiting the space with everything the community needs to make good use of it. Currently, there are four folding tables and ten folding chairs. There are two refridgerators, a sink, and a full bathroom. We will be installing a wheelchair lift and making many more improvements in the next couple of months. Click to enlarge the diagram:
